Those that know me, know that coffee is my all time favorite beverage! It only makes sense that I work with one of my favorite local coffee shops on a website redesign.
Nashville Coffees, owned by Mike and Nicole, is located right near the Opryland Hotel. With a steady stream of locals, and Opryland-event attendees, Nashville Coffees is always a busy spot. I've been stopping in pretty regularly over the last four years when I moved into the area. Not only are you greeted with a smile and a fresh cup of coffee, Mike and Nicole always have a kind word to share.Â
Visiting their website told a different story. It was definitely a case of function rather than style.  The stock photos and simple layout didn't do Nashville Coffees any justice! When I met with Mike and Nicole to discuss their business goals, we all agreed that the imagery and website could use a bit of a facelift.Â
Creatively, this project was right up my alley! I love working with brands and business to develop images and branding that are consistent, relevant, and effective. Capturing photos of their items, and also of Mike and Nicole, allowed me to add their personalities and products to the website. Nicole is a talented artist in her own right and creates the illustrations used on their coffee bags and postcards. Showcasing what's available and freshening up the navigation and layout of the site made it their own and gave customers an idea of what to expect when they visit Nashville Coffees.
Take a moment to explore the new website and visit Nashville Coffees for some caffeinated goodness! My recommendation ... a pistachio white mocha latte ... iced!Â
