I'm always looking at new ways to stay creative and add new things to my bag of tricks. I've played a bit with long exposure in the past and really enjoyed the results, but I never jumped in to actual light painting. I was inspired by my friend Ryan Sims and his Light Painting tutorial that he created for Imaging USA 2021, and I wanted to see what I could create using a simplified setup and some easily accessible light painting tools.
